Individual sessions are recommended for those who have more complex physical and mental/emotional conditions such as MS, PTSD, cancer, chronic pain, anxiety/depression, as well as those who prefer working one on one, or have specific issues they would like to focus on such as insomnia, weight loss, eating disorders, smoking cessation, and other addictions.
Each session is personalized to meet the clients individual needs and learning pace/style. The session format includes discussion, education, practice of iRest steps and/or physical yoga postures, as well as home program recommendations for daily practice. Written/audio home practice routines, handouts, and personalized self-practice iRest CD’s are included in the cost of your sessions.
Phone sessions are available for iRest. The format of the sessions are the same as in person, all you need is a headset. Learn iRest in the comfort of your own space/home.
