The Present Moment

Fear and worry live only in the future. The truth is that 90% of what we worry about or fear actually never happens. The only thing we have control over is our actions/thoughts/words in this moment. Today when you find yourself in fear or worrying about the future become aware of it and bring your attention back to right now, this moment, whatever you happen to be doing. Breath. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Bring yourself back to this moment over and over again.
