Occupational Therapy sessions are available and most insurances are accepted depending on your diagnosis. Diagnosis that are often covered by insurance for occupational therapy include but are not limited to: pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia. You will receive maximum benefit in working 1:1 with Tanya, especially if you have more complex physical and emotional conditions such as: multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune disorders, PTSD, cancer, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, or suffer from an eating disorder.
Each occupational therapy session is personalized to meet your individual needs and learning pace/style. An average of 10 sessions is usually needed though the number of sessions does vary depending on the symptoms/illness we are addressing. Your sessions will include a combination of discussion, education/practice of therapeutic meditation steps or gentle yoga postures, as well as home program recommendations. Personalized therapeutic relaxation and meditation practices (audio recordings) are included in the cost of your sessions.

Initial Evaluation: $180 (90 minutes)
Follow-up Appointments: $120-$180 (60-90 minutes)

Please print waiver, intake, HIPPA and financial policy forms, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first session. Forms can be downloaded all together HERE.
