Learn the therapeutic meditation practice of iRest for Stress Management and Mind/Body Healing. Workshop limited to 5.

Explore iRest- A guided 10-step deeply relaxing meditative practice. This modern day approach to meditation, deep relaxation, and self inquiry offers a way to relax and manage stress, as well as leading to psychological, physical and emotional healing. You will be educated and guided through the 10-step practice of iRest. At the end of the workshop you will have the skills needed to begin incorporating these steps into your daily life.

iRest is a practice adapted from the ancient eastern teachings of Yoga Nidra by Richard Miller, PHD. This modern day approach to meditation provides deep relaxation as well as self-inquiry into feelings, emotions, and thoughts/beliefs. iRest can be practiced in any comfortable position-lying down, seated, even standing (in a car (not driving! Passenger only!), on an airplane, walking, etc).

iRest benefits people coping with: Anxiety/PTSD, depression, pain, insomnia, autoimmune disorders (MS, Fibromyalgia), cancer, addictions, eating disorders, and many more.

CD Practices Include:

Day
  • Track 1- Body/Breath Awarness, 16 minutes
  • Track 2- Feelings/Emotions, 22 minutes
  • Track 3- Beliefs/Inner Strengths, 30 minutes

Sleep
  • Track 1- Short Sleep, 21 minutes
  • Track 2 - Complete Sleep, 30 minutes
