A 10-volume audio class covering the 10-steps of iRest - A guided, easy to use relaxation and meditation practice for stress management and mind/body healing. Join Tanya Penny, OTR/L , as she educates you on the 10 steps of the iRest practice, as well as offering tips for daily practice, and experiential mini-meditations each lesson. Also included are a guidebook and 5 MP3 downloads of iRest to use daily (3 day practices and 2 sleep practices).

iRest is a practice adapted from the ancient eastern teachings of Yoga Nidra by Richard Miller, PHD. This modern day approach to meditation provides deep relaxation as well as self-inquiry into feelings, emotions, and thoughts/beliefs. iRest can be practiced in any comfortable position-lying down, seated, even standing (in a car (not driving! Passenger only!), on an airplane, walking, etc).

    In her introduction to iRest course, Tanya Penny offers what one could expect from a full weekend workshop. I found her audio course to be the perfect way to learn more from this gifted teacher. Her gentle guidance details the steps of this profound practice, while offering each listener the ability to tailor the practice to his or her own needs.
