These iRest practices can be used for stress management/relaxation, deep rest, and/or self-inquiry/deep healing. Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a 10-step guided therapeutic meditation and deep relaxation practice. It was adapted from yoga nidra by Dr. Richard Miller, a clinical psychologist. iRest can be practiced sitting or lying down in a comfortable position.
